MARANDO FEDERICA

Dottorando di ricerca
sede: LABORATORIO PROF. MANES piano 1 stanza 113
telefono(i): 22451

PhD student in Environmental and Evolutionary Biology at the Laboratory of Functional Ecology and Ecosystem Services, my research activity is focused on the analysis of regulating ecosystem services in urban areas, such as air pollution removal and carbon sequestration, which are quantitatively and spatially assessed. Through a remote sensing and GIS approach, various vegetation components such as biodiversity, and functional and structural traits are analyzed, in order to model ecosystem processes.
